Loved the spacious rooms and direct beach access. The evening entertainment by the pool was a nice touch. Parking is inconvenient; it's across a busy street. Staff were friendly and attentive, but the noise from the pool area made it tough to relax at times.

The beachfront access is a huge plus, and the lazy river pool was fun for the kids. Check-in took too long, and my room wasn’t cleaned daily. Great breakfast options. Enjoyed the evening entertainment at the bar, but parking was quite a hassle.

Celebrating our anniversary was a joy, thanks to the friendly staff and clean, comfortable room with amazing views. Quick check-in and a delicious breakfast set the tone, though it was disappointing to find the pool cold and the balcony door heavy. An elevator directly to the pool was a cool touch! We faced hiccups with housekeeping and the restaurant’s lunch hours, and parking info was misleading. Dog-friendly beaches required a drive, which was inconvenient. Still, the memories made here were worth it, and I believe they’ll shake out the early openings jitters.

The hotel's proximity to the beach and a variety of restaurants made every day a new adventure, with places like Shuckums Oyster Pub and Grill just a short stroll away, allowing us to soak in the lively atmosphere and enjoy delicious meals with stunning ocean views; plus, the spacious and clean rooms offered a lovely sea view, adding to a perfect stay, but it would have been more comfortable if there were microwaves in the rooms.

The room was well-located with an oceanfront view but had temperature issues. It was 65 degrees on a cold night, and despite maintenance’s reassurance, it only warmed up to 67 by morning. The bed was comfortable, but noise from barking dogs in the hallway was disruptive. The bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired; the floor and mat were dirty. the ice machine was slow, and the lack of a microwave made it less convenient. There were no sufficient dining tables, leading us to seek breakfast elsewhere.

This hotel shines in many areas. Clean, modern, and beautifully situated right by the beach. The pool is exceptional, both during the day and at sunset. The staff, particularly the friendly woman at the bar, enhances the experience. Easy beach access, along with beach towels provided, adds to the convenience. some details need refinement. The slippery shower and minimal toiletries were disappointing. The noise from the air conditioner impacted our balcony enjoyment. Communication lapses on special requests marred our experience. A simple water bottle in the room felt like a missed opportunity for a hotel of this caliber. For the price, consider tightening up these loose ends.

Loved the amenities like the pool, free parking, and beach access. The breakfast buffet was a treat, and the 24-hour front desk saved my forgetful self late at night. Fun fact: I may have mistaken the hot tub for a giant cup of tea.
Absolutely adored waiting endlessly for my room to be ready at 4:00.

The heating and air conditioning were also top-notch, allowing us to adjust the room temperature to our liking. We appreciated the tea and coffee facilities, perfect for starting our mornings off right. The sitting area in our room was spacious and comfortable, providing a nice spot to relax after a long day of exploring. We also enjoyed the terrace that offered a lovely view, although we wished there was more garden furniture to fully utilize the outdoor space. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, although we felt that the selection could have been more extensive. The am/fm alarm clock was convenient for waking up on time, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment during our downtime. One area that could use improvement was the curtains in the room, which could have been thicker to block out more light for better sleep quality. While housekeeping did a decent job, we did notice some areas that could have been cleaner, such as under the bed and in the bathroom. We were pleased with the shops and commercial services available at the hotel, although we didn't take advantage of them during our stay. The laundry service was convenient for freshening up our clothes before heading home. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome drink offered upon arrival and enjoyed the happy hour specials at the hotel bar.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions and the beach access with complimentary chairs and umbrellas was convenient. Starbucks on, site was a nice touch for a quick coffee fix before starting the day. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making check, in and check, out processes smooth.
The pool closing times were a bit early, and some staff members appeared less enthusiastic about their roles. Housekeeping requests were not always promptly addressed, needing multiple follow, ups with the front desk.
